My deep and varied pool of experience has honed countless skills: making thorough plans so we have something to deviate from when it all goes sideways, managing egos and anxiety, knowing when to push and when to ease up...this is my lane. But two super-powers stand out: how to calmly execute at an elite level when everything’s on the line (including lives), and how to help those around me consistently perform at their best.

The result is a basement crammed with boxes overflowing with trophies from four national championships, 18 overall wins, 49 class wins, and more podiums than I can track. (And a wife who desperately wants to reclaim the basement.)

Though I am grateful for my successes, I take more pride in the reputation I have earned among my fellow racers.
